I think what this statement is trying to say is that don’t make
blame others for the mistakes you do be responsible is your problem and you can
fix it. For example taking a test and not studying and then when you get a bad score
on the test you blame the teacher for not teaching the things right or because
they didn’t show you that information or also because they didn’t give you
enough time.
