Attitude

 What is attitude? “Attitude is a settled way of thinking about someone or something, typically one that is reflected in a person’s behavior.” There are different types of attitude they can be nice one but then a very negative one. For example getting to school and saying you like your science class because you do different experiments and you like to make different experiments in that class. There’s also another example about a negative attitude for example waking up in the morning and saying I’m not going to school today because I am very lazy and I have a class today that I don’t want to have.

Periodontist

Duties and Responsibilities: Periodontist is the specialty of dentistry that studies supporting structures of teeth as well as diseases and conditions that affect them. The periodontist examines the gums, checks to see if there is any gum line recession. It is extremely important to know if any medications are being taken or if the patient is being treated for any condition that can affect periodontal care.

Salary: 39,000-$49,000

Education: All dentists must have a bachelor’s degree before acceptance into an accredited dental school. Obtaining a bachelor’s degree in a science discipline such as biology, chemistry or life science can increase changes to be acceptance into a dental school.

I think this statement is true because it all depends with who you hang out with because the people that you hang out with will always change you or make act like them or be like them. If you’re hanging out with the wrong people then you’re going to end up in the wrong place . If you hang out with the right people then you’re going to end up in a good place. If you hang out with bad people maybe that’s just going to lead you to drug and alcoholic and that would just bring you more problems and if you hang out with the right people then I’m sure that’s going to lead you to something good and won’t lead you to those drug and alcoholic problems.

Dental Technician

Duties and Responsibilities: A Dental Technician is a member of the dental team who upon prescription from a dental clinician constructs custom made restorative and dental appliances.

Salary: $36,000-46,000

Education: To be a Dental Technician you will have to take the most high school challenging high school courses. You will need training program and you will need a bachelor’s degree and to join the training program you will need a high school diploma.

I think this statement is true because you're giving yourself credit for something you didn’t even do. One of my examples is having a test to do but then you tell someone else to give you the answer or to do it for you and then if you passed it you’re getting a good grade but for something that you didn't do.

Duties and Responsibilities: Ear, Nose and Throat surgical associates has been providing technologically advanced care residents of the fox valley and surrounding area in 1970.

Education: Students need to take the most high school challenging courses in science, math, and English. Student could take a training program but need a high school diploma

I think this statement is true because without kindness you won’t get no were because honestly people talk to you because of your personality and if you’re always being mean then you’re not the essence of greatness. I think you should always be kind to people so they can be kind to you too. Another thing is that being mean or rude won’t get you nowhere in life. 

Speech Pathologist

Duties and Responsibilities: They prepare future professionals in college and universities, they manage clinics, organizations,, or private practices, they establish more effective treatments, they develop new methods and equipment to evaluate problems.

Salary: $87,630

Education: Student should take the most challenging high school courses. To practice as a speech therapist you need at least a master’s degree. They do have training programs that you may apply to.

I think this statement is true because if you don’t see yourself going through the right path then you won’t get no were in life. Imagining your goals is one way to accomplish them because you’re kind of pushing yourself to achieve that goal.

Education: Student must take the most challenging high school courses. Colleges and universities offer both associates and bachelor’s degree. Employers often prefer candidates with degrees or certificates from accredited institutes or hospital programs.

I think this statement is true because if you’re getting mad at a goal that you really want to accomplish then it’s like if you’re giving up on yourself so I think in my opinion that losing your temper may bring you to lose what you really want to accomplish. In the statement it’s telling you how you’ll never be a winner if you lose your temper and that is true because you won’t achieve anything when losing your temper. 

Social Worker

Duties and Responsibilities: Social workers help people and their families adjust to problems in their lives such as serious illness, child abuse, handicaps, mental illness, and anti-social behavior. They help people accept situations that cannot be changed.

Salary: $20,000-42,000

Education: Students should prepare for a career in social work and they need to take challenging high school courses in science, math, and English. Some organizations may allow a social worker to practice with a bachelor’s degree in social work.

I think this statement is true because you can’t make a great human out of yourself if you actually don’t do the right like for example you’re always getting into problems and stuff but also because you know what you’re doing but you just decide to continue doing it. 

Environmental Health Specialist-Sanitarian

Duties and Responsibilities: Sanitarians or environmental health specialists enforce government regulations and they advise and educate clients. They collect and analyze samples they design or manage sanitation disposal, and water systems. They also manage prevention and education programs.

Salary: $25,000-$50,000

Education: Student should take the most challenging preparatory courses in science, math, and English. A Bachelor’s degree some jobs are required and they need a certification of a Master’s degree.
