I think that this means is that everything can probably fail but that goodness wont. For example that if you choose the Goodness over something negative then youll probably regret it and all it would do is bring you fails in life. Also that do the right thing and that dont make others choose what you dont want to. Always, Always think postitive and do the positive thing.
