Duties and Responsibilities: The
types of things the Patient Representative do is work for healthcare
administrators to concern and special needs of patients and their families.
They also investigate and collect information about patient dissatisfaction.
They also work with departments to resolve patient’s problems. Patient
Representative work in hospitals and nursing homes, and in public health
agencies.
Salary: $20,000-$40,000
Education: To be a Patient
Representative, students must take the most challenging high school courses in business,
science, math, and English, but most employers prefer college graduate with
backgrounds in health or social services.
