Top 5 Heart Health Tips

What I will do to improve will be start exercising more often take a run every day about 30-40 minutes. I am planning on eating salads more often rather than junk food. I will get more sleep so my body won’t be that tired anymore. I will drink more water instead of soda and I will try to not eat hot cheetos or nothing that might be damaging my health.

I think this statement is so true becuase you wont hurt yourself by trying harder on something you want to improve. You should always do your best and never give up. For example you playing baskeyball afterschool if you want you can also just stay a little longer and improve a lit more on what you need to improve on.
