I think this statement is true because without believing in yourself then you won't accomplish what you want. Also believing in yourself and trusting other to do the same thing will make a big difference. For example having a football game and on you telling your teammates that we have to win wont change anything we all have to believe in our self's to accomplish the winning in the game.
